Copyrights

Products sold by the Sirkus & Kumpp are protected by copyright policy. The content of the website, including images, illustrations and text, are also under copyrights. If we detect any misuse or use that is against the policy, legal steps may take place.

Product lifespan and normal wear

Some products such as Pelle jewellery will show wear over time and is considered part of the property of the product.

Cookies

The website does not use any third party cookie based analytic software. The cookies we use are, are mandatory and enables the basic functionality of the web shop. Because of this, we do not currently use Cookie Management System.

Privacy Policy

All the information of the orders, including buyers name and address, are stored in the database of the website. We do not use theme anywhere other the communication related to the order, unless specifically mentioned during the checkout process. Only authorized personnel of the web shop can see this data.

Payments

The payment service provider for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). Payment is processed via Visma Pay’s online service; Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the merchant. Paying is secure, as all information regarding the payment transaction is transmitted via an encrypted connection, ensuring no third party can view the transaction details.

The commercial transaction occurs between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the sale.

Payment methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay via online banking, digital wallets, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice, or installments. The following methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Siirto, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard.

  • MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if online payments are enabled in your app settings. Payments are charged to the card linked to the wallet. If the charge fails, payment via MobilePay will not be possible.
  • OP Lasku (Invoice): A flexible way to pay for online purchases, available to customers of all banks. With OP Lasku, you can make purchases up to €5,000 and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. You can also choose to pay in installments. Shipping

We currently ship to EU only. If you like us to ship our product to somewhere outside EU, please contact us at riikka@sirkuskumpp.fi.

We try to provide the most reliable and cost effective way of shipping the products to your location. We usually use Finnish Postal Service (Posti).

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at riikka@sirkuskumpp.fi.

To return your product, you should mail the product to the address below. Please send us an email beforehand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
